Create your Reality - Do you truly believe it?

Create your Reality, Create your Life.

Yep yep got it. Did the workshop, read the book. So why isn't it happening yet?

Welllllll... do you feel it fully? Do you actually believe in your ability?

Can you be patient and compassionate for yourself, to give yourself the space you need, so you can feel it?

Can you commit to consistently dropping into your heart?

Thoughts create emotion creates the thing.

So, we simply need to soften.

Soften the logic and balance the energy.

Come into the body & breath.

Attune to the FEELING and develop the higher mind.

Gratitude, gratitude, gratitude.

Heart Centred.

Dedicated.

Daily Practice.

Every damn day.

Body, Mind, Soul. In every day action.

The realm of creation where thoughts become emotions, and emotions give birth to reality – is not such a mystery. The CBT method of the Cognitive Triangle teaches the Thoughts - Emotion - Behavior pattern.

Our thoughts are just information that our brain takes in. Our mind then determines which information will become our mental focus. Those thoughts become beliefs that affect how we feel.

We firstly need to discern, for ourselves, the quality of information we take in.

We need to listen deeply, inwardly to the voice of our heart and trust our own inner guidance.

It’s all simply a fractal journey and cycle of life. The evolution of self-discovery and empowerment can be guided by the transformative power of gratitude - and the unwavering commitment to manifesting our dreams.

The Power of Thought

"Create your Reality, Create your Life."

These words have become a mantra in recent decades, and a reminder of the infinite potential that resides within all of us. Human beings are powerful creators, a concept that gets lost in every day life of busy doing.

But why, you may ask, does it sometimes feel like our dreams are just beyond our grasp?

Are you still living in lack?

It’s a natural baseline for so many people and very easy to slip into. Often we don’t even realise it. We pray, wish, want, desire – but do we fully Believe we are worthy? Because that right there – Belief - blended with daily Gratitude – gradually dissolves the lack and creates abundance.

There is no secret hack in the alchemy of thought and emotion.

Thoughts are the architects of our reality, the blueprints upon which our dreams are built. But it's not enough to simply think about what we desire. In wishing we had it, we tell the universe ‘I don’t have this yet and I want it’.

So, we are repeating a mantra and belief that ‘I don’t have it’.

If there were a hack, it would say ‘I’m so grateful for all the things I have in my life that align with the purpose of (insert your reason, your why)’ – we must attune to the feeling, the vibration, the essence of our dreams.

That takes a dedicated space and time, where only you can enter and dream.

Get clear on the vision and the feeling.

Cultivating Gratitude

There is no better way to cultivate the feeling of abundance and joy than through the practice of gratitude.

When we are thankful for what we have; we end up having more.

If we focus on what we don't have, we will never have enough.

Research has shown that gratitude is not just a fluffy feel-good emotion – it's a powerful catalyst for positive change in our lives. When we express gratitude, our brains release our beloved dopamine and serotonin, thus invoking happiness, pleasure, and well-being.

When we exercise it daily – we are training and programming these receptors in the brain to get to work and grow stronger.

Gratitude every damn day

Gratitude is not a one-time event – it's a daily practice, a sacred ritual that nourishes our souls and expands our hearts.

Each morning, the sun rises and the world awakens with a new opportunity to take a step towards the life we love, and we live the life we love by making time to reflect on the blessings in our life.

Right now.

Write them down, speak them aloud, or simply bask in the glow of appreciation (how often do we do this?). From the first breath of the day, sunlight, nature, the first coffee, hug, love in your heart - there is always something to be grateful for.

There is always something to be grateful for.

The Path of Self-Enquiry

As we journey deeper into self awareness and self realisation, of course we encounter moments of doubt, fear and uncertainty. That's life.

We can allow ourselves to feel these things – then we can choose not to dwell there.

Instead of succumbing to the shadows, we turn inward, and choose to self regulate, self parent our way through. Step by gentle step.

"The unexamined life is not worth living." - Socrates

Through self-enquiry, we gain clarity on our desires, our values, and our purpose in life.

We exercise Courage, confront our fears, our limiting beliefs, and our subconscious patterns, shining the light of awareness on the shadows of our psyche.

It’s the self awareness that shifts the energy, changes the thought, and commands the emotion.

The Role of a Self-Awareness Coach

I love coaches and coaching. A coach is not a therapist (though the two do work brilliantly together). A coach is forward thinking, wellness focussed. In this brave journey of self-discovery, a self-awareness coach will listen deeply and question curiously.

A good coach can serve as a guide, a mentor, and a trusted companion.

They offer support, encouragement, and gentle guidance as you navigate the inner landscape, which is a roller coaster not meant to be taken alone.

Together, working with a coach can be an opportunity to really explore the depths of your soul, uncovering hidden truths, unlocking dormant potential, and awakening to the fullness of your being.

With the unfolding wisdom and insight, you gain clarity, confidence, and courage to step boldly into the unknown, explore the possibility of the next level potential (and take action).

Commitment to Daily Practice

Even with a coach for accountability, non of this happens without dedication.

A strong intention and your determined will.

The art of manifestation is not a one-time event – it's a lifelong journey and co-creation with the universe.

It requires devotion, discipline, and a steadfast commitment to your vision. To Your Self.

So, cultivate gratitude every damn day.

Dedicate yourself to the practice of self-enquiry and self-awareness because you know you have so much potential in your being.

Have a healthy support network. Surround yourself with supportive mentors, coaches, and fellow seekers on the path of personal growth. Together we amplify the good stuff.

In normalising a higher level of mind, we realise that we carry with us the wisdom of the ages. Daily rituals and practices allow the true power of gratitude to develop within us, and cultivate the courage to create the life we've always dreamed of living. The life that is aligned with our true calling.

What that is, only you know. We are each unique.
