Finding focus is a Mindset Flex





I focus on what actually matters every day - because otherwise, when??


Every week, I set Monday intentions, and Friday round up reviews.


Every full moon is a monthly reset, another cycle completed and another threshold to cross into a new cycle.


It's time to intentionally release anything that is not fuck yes. It's time to reset and refocus on my #1 priority, what say you?


Here's a few prompts for contemplation to fire up the engine - what’s been coming up, one thing to try, and a few things worth your attention.

Too Many Open Tabs & Loops. They are NOT all urgent and important.



One thing to try



Stop. Pause, take a breath. Move your body, and your eyes.



Ask: when I close the day, which ONE thing will I feel great about achieving?



Take this one forward. Close the rest (for now. Don’t worry, you won’t miss out. This is the mindset flex - daily).
