Big Win Energy: Past Success to Fuel What’s Next

You're a winner - remember?!
Pause to fully appreciate the day-to-day small victories.
There are loads, I bet (and this is a lovely simple reprogramming exercise).
Pause to fully appreciate your big wins.
What are the real game changing moments that made you feel alive, proud, and powerful?
I work with a lot of brilliant intelligent people and have a fascination for human potential.
I see so often how we (me included) rush past our accomplishments without giving ourselves the space to truly feel them. In some ways it’s just a given that we achieved it, because that’s what we do. In a culture that celebrates constant striving, we rarely pause to recognise the energy it took to get where we are.
That same energy - the fire, courage, resilience, tenacity, the drive lives in all of us and can be the fuel to power the next big thing (but - not before you have acknowledged and celebrated your existing success).

✨ You Did That✨
Think back: what’s something you achieved that once felt impossible?
When I think back to leaving Corporate life it was the most terrifying leap but I know it was right. I overcame unimaginable adversity as a child, so I knew I had something in me that could achieve the impossible, and build something meaningful.
Since then, it’s my mantra - ‘If they can I can, I know I can’ and I know there is no such thing as ‘can’t’.
You’ve done some seemingly impossible stuff. You made that happen.
That version of you (the one who showed up with determination and heart longing) still lives in you. And they’ve got something to say:
“If I did that, I can do this.”

Feel It to Believe It
Tuning into the feeling of past success helps rewire your self-perception. Instead of seeing your goal as something far off or out of reach, you start to remember: I’ve done hard things before. I’ve made things happen. I’ve got this (who else does?!).
I invite you to:
Drop into the emotional memory of your wins
Notice the support, drive, and vision that carried you
Visualise your next goal and align with how it feels to achieve it
Celebrate yourself fully (yes, you)
Commit to one clear next action (set a date and a time. Tell someone & be accountable, have the courage of your commitment)

Mindset isn’t your thoughts.
The nervous system responds to imagined experiences almost as powerfully as real ones. By visualising your future self grounded in the energy of past success, you create new neural pathways which help make your next vision a lived reality.
This is more than thinking. Mindset, and Mind - is not all about thoughts.
This is a long term game of attitude, habits, behaviour and embodiment - how we walk in the world and how we impact others.
This is recognising old patterns & programming, and choosing to shift it, choosing a rewiring.
There's no quick fix for this - it takes practice.

🥂 Big Up Yourself
We’re so used to cheering on others and generally we love to do that. But how often do you throw your own celebration?
You’ve survived, evolved, and even thrived in moments that tested you. You know that feeling when you come out the other side? That deserves recognition and a little happy dance.
So today, I invite you to say it aloud (or whisper it with a cheeky grin):
“I did that. And I can do this.”
Big wins aren't just milestones they’re mirrors, showing you what’s possible. Showing you the potential you have and the edges you can stretch - we do not need to contain ourselves in boxes and other people’s agendas and programmes. That really is an old paradigm that we have outgrown. The echo's remain but the more we practice, the more the new programming becomes habit, lifestyle, and positive impact to those around us (contribution and service give us the sense of belonging we are often seeking).
We are all capable of far more that we have been led to believe.
We have the capacity to continue Becoming. Brighter, better, stronger. And we do not always need to fight or push against resistance to ‘get there’. It’s not about the finish line, remember.
Love the journey, feel the feels, know you already are a winner - look at you go!!
