Being Grounded & Present through change

Hi loves,
September, here we are already. Are you feeling the pressure of all the things undone?
Maybe take a moment to reflect on the things you HAVE done. Loads. Betcha.
The seasons are changing here in the UK. Do you feel it?
Every month I have a review and a quick monthly reset: what’s been coming up, what’s workng, what’s not, and what is worth my attention.
This kept coming up:
Grounding.
I am so uplifted that so many people are getting this now.
We have a group on facebook that started a few years ago, I was happy with 100 members but it has been growing wonderfully, we are now at 21K members. This stuff is spreading!
I’m even finding people over on linkedin who appreciate grounding and connecting to nature, and I had a fear around sharing it here before. My old corporate patterns surfacing there - fear of being judged as a big hippy. But honestly I’m over it because my health keeps improving as a result of these practices and I believe in them fully.
Daylight, nature - medicine.
When we are connected to our natural rhythm - we are grounded in presence and able to focus and make decisions in the flow of the day. Not just pseudo science, I see physicians, scientists and doctors here who all concur.
We are being bombarded by unnatural elements. External frequencies scramble us, confuse us, and keep us ungrounded so we stay in a loop of doing stuff and being busy, but what are we actually doing that matters?
One thing to try:
Try giving yourself 20 minutes every day if you can, barefoot on the earth, breathe deep and get grounded.
Let me know if you feel even the slightest shift.
Worth your attention maybe:
Every month I collate all the things I have shared with my clients. It could be podcasts, video’s, music or something a bit intruiging that’s come up and made us curious.
My online ‘library’ of resources is slowly growing. I realised I do have a retro way, because GenX is a stubborn generation, a sucker for playsheets and practical exercises and prompts to get your brain ticking, and focussed on what matters to you:
See what grabs your attention, and leave the rest.
I’d love your feedback.
Clare x
